Trophy Ridge, LLC provides a limited lifetime warranty on its products. All products are covered against breakage due to defects in materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase. Abuse or alteration of the product voids the warranty. The warranty provided hereunder shall run only to the original purchaser of the product from an authorized Trophy Ridge, LLC dealer. Thus the warranty becomes void when the product is sold, given or transferred to some person other than the original purchaser. In the event of breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship the liability of Trophy Ridge, LLC shall be limited to the lesser of the cost of repairing, or replacing the broken part. In any event, the cost shall never exceed the original retail price of the product. Failure to follow all recommended installation instruction of any Trophy Ridge, LLC product may void this warranty. Fiber optic breakage or modification is never covered under warranty. Some discontinued product models may have a warranty fee attached to any rebuild, repair, or modification work done by Trophy Ridge, LLC.

Although Trophy Ridge, LLC warrants all products are free from defects in materials or manufacturing, however, Trophy Ridge, LLC is not responsible for personal / property harm to you, any equipment, or others due to misuse, misapplication, improper installation, or any other form of misuse or abuse of a Trophy Ridge, LLC product. It is strongly recommended that any installation of any Trophy Ridge, LLC product is done by an experienced, qualified, and competent Pro Shop for the safety of you and your equipment.

Warranty claim procedures: Please call Trophy Ridge, LLC to obtain a Return Authorization number. Each product must obtain this number prior to shipping to our location. Each product must have this number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel it was shipped to our location in, or it will be refused and returned to sender. All warranty work will be done at Trophy Ridge, LLC corporate offices. While a minimum $ 4.95 fee is required for return postage and handling charges, repair of damage done to any Trophy Ridge, LLC product that exceeds normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the product after purchase may incur additional fees. Trophy Ridge, LLC can not refund the purchase price of any product to any individual at any time.
