If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Trophy Ridge arrows, you may return them directly to the factory. Please follow the guidelines and instructions below to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner.
- Do not return your arrows to an archery dealer.
- Call the Trophy Ridge Consumer Service Department at 800-694-9494 for a return authorization number to send your arrows back to the factory.
- Request for return of Trophy Ridge arrows are limited to the original owner.
- The return request must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase and a proof of purchase receipt must accompany the returned arrows.
- Arrows that are returned without a proof of purchase receipt and or returned after the 60 day time period will be returned to the purchaser.
- Arrows shot in normal shooting conditions are eligible for return. Arrows shot into trees, rocks or other abnormal targets are not eligible for return.
- Returned arrows may be exchanged for equal or lesser value Trophy Ridge product according to the suggested retail price established by Trophy Ridge Accessories.
